SHIPPING POLICY

In-stock merchandise
All orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days of the receipt. This time frame includes the necessary time needed to verify orders prior to being shipped to ensure accurate processing and the best quality of the product. We will ship your order using the services of the U.S.P.S

Back Orders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Delivery
An additional 2-7 days are then required for delivery depending on shipping method chosen. 

Delays
We strive to always ship available items within 1 or 2 business days of order submission. Please allow additional time for shipping, based on your preferred selected shipping method. During periods of increased demand and holidays, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order depending of the final destinations.

Tracking
You will receive an email containing your tracking number and details about your order once your order is shipped.

Changes 
Due to our production process and fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address or incorrect information, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated with an additional ship charge. 

Orders From Outside the U.S.A.
If you live outside of the United States you may still ordering our products, but we only offer Standard shipping to international addresses. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address. Shipping methods are subject to change depending on final destination.

Our main goal is to make product returns easy and hassle-free. We want your experience at www.ThePopIcon.com to be great and satisfied. We will gladly exchange your online purchases of apparel or accessories within 30 days of purchase to ensure your satisfaction. Please return items in original, unused condition and a copy of your packing slip, receipt or order detail to:

Note: Your item must be on unused condition. Include a note about the reason for your exchange and any special instructions.
The Pop Icon do not offer refunds. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges of our Fashion Lollipops and Refills, seasonal or customized merchandise, nor perishable or food items. 
Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. We reserve the right to send a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before providing replacements, refunds or credits to help support our quality assurance efforts. This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse. 

Requirements for Storing Candy: 
Storage Conditions: Temperature <30°C, Humidity <60% in sealed packing.

Shelf Life 18 months approximate.
